Dashboard

The Dashboard is the landing page after login, providing a real-time overview of your business through configurable widgets.

KPI Row

The top row displays key performance indicators as summary cards:

KPI cards are contextual — only modules you have activated appear.

Charts

Below the KPI row, interactive charts visualize trends:

  • Revenue trend — Monthly revenue over the past 12 months (bar chart)
  • Cash flow — Inflows vs. outflows by week (area chart)
  • Pipeline funnel — Deals by stage with values (funnel chart)
  • Project burndown — Sprint progress across active projects (line chart)
  • Inventory turnover — Stock movement rates by category (bar chart)

Charts support date range filtering and drill-down into the underlying data.

Recent Activity

A timeline of the latest actions across the platform:

  • Invoice posted by Ahmed — 10 minutes ago
  • Deal “Al Rajhi Contract” moved to Negotiation — 1 hour ago
  • Leave request approved for Sara — 2 hours ago
  • Stock received: 500 units of SKU-1234 — 3 hours ago

Each entry links to the relevant record.

Actionable notifications that require attention:

Alerts are prioritized by urgency and link directly to the action needed.

Customization

  • Drag and drop — Rearrange widget positions on the dashboard
  • Show/hide widgets — Toggle individual widgets on or off
  • Date range — Filter all widgets by a specific period
  • Company filter — Switch between companies or view consolidated data (see Multi-Company)

Dashboard layout preferences are saved per user.

AI Insights Widget

When enabled, the dashboard includes an AI Insights card that surfaces automated observations about your KPIs, such as:

  • “Revenue increased 23% month-over-month”
  • “3 deals in pipeline are past expected close date”
  • “Inventory turnover for Category B is declining”
